THE PROGRAM

Mentor Talks Certification Training was developed under the concepts of Modern Mentorship and Social Learning. It is not a traditional mentoring training, where the role of a Mentor is just help and support someone, usually, younger and less experienced. On the other hand, the Mentor Talks Process transform the Mentor targets in a wider vision of learning. Through practical exercises and case studies, each participant can be in touch with all challenges of the method. Role plays are performed according each one can achieve confidence and test his or her abilities to act as a real Strategic Mentor.
